We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a gap — something Chahatt felt personally and I saw clearly: Indian women were being completely underserved in the one category that's most intimate to them. Building Ammarzo has been about proving that comfort and sensuality aren't a trade-off. They never were. The market just hadn't caught up yet.
