Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Ammarzo, every piece is crafted with care and quality checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- You can raise your concern by emailing support@ammarzo.com or contacting us via WhatsApp with clear product images and your order details.
- Once verified, our team will arrange a return pickup or exchange as per the case.
2. Exchange Policy
- Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, only if the issue was reported within 24 hours.
- One-time exchange is allowed per order.
- A return pickup charge of ₹100 will be deducted for all exchanges.
- The new product will be shipped once the original item passes the quality check at our warehouse.
3. No Exchange or Return on Sale Items
- Products purchased during Sale or Promotional Offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Please check size and description carefully before placing your order.
4. Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Ammarzo reserves the right to reject returns if the product appears worn, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Items like lingerie, sleepwear sets with inner garments, accessories, or personalized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable for any orders, except in cases where a replacement product is unavailable.
- In such rare cases, a store credit or coupon code of the same value will be issued, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

COD shipping and convenience charges are non-refundable.
6. Pickup & Delivery Process
- For return or exchange, our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 2–3 business days after approval.
- In case of delivery delays or pickup failures, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 as store credit.
7. International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to customs and shipping limitations.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
